PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To confirm a booking is required a deposit of about 30-35% of the total amount.
Within 72 hours of the confirmation booking, you will receive by email, a voucher containing all the information, data and conditions.
The balance should be paid in cash, upon your arrival at the accommodation, unless otherwise indicated by the host.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Up to 30 days before Check In, the paid deposit will be returned.
- Between 30 and 14 days before Check In, 30% of the paid deposit will be returned.
- From 14 days before Check In no refund is provided.

HOW TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION

Send an email to holidayshouserent@gmail.com asking for Cancellation.

In the E-mail should be specify the booking number, or you can send it in response to the confirmation booking voucher.  In the E-mail you must too indicate how you claim the refund: money or bonus.
